Place the order April 1, never received an email confirming my order yet received an email from PayPal with my funds being debited from my bank account. Sent an email to sales(at)bond-touch(dot)com as well as info(at)bond-touch(dot)com, AND the website chat. I have NOT received any response from my outreach.
Next step it to report to this company to the FTC’s Bureau of consumer protection for potential fraud. I was debited money for product ordered and I have not received any communication on product that I paid for nor a single response on my 3 forms of outreach.
Sometimes but very rarely the touches don’t go through sometimes. But overall it is a very amazing bracelet!!!!!!

This is the best bracelet we have. We tried the other one. We didnt get an hour out of them. Love it. We are extremly happy with them.
I bought one Bond touch to try it out, thinking it would work with an app. When I realized it didn't, I bought the 2nd one. Little did I know, there's a (very short) 15 day return period. When I went to return the set, I was told the first one was outside the refund / exchange window and I had to send pictures of the sealed box to prove that the second one was in returnable condition. After I 'passed' the customer service scrutiny, Bond sent me a return label with the shipping amount deducted. All things said, I'm out $80. Not very touching customer service. If anyone reading this wants a replacement band, feel free to make me an offer. It just makes me mad to see this useless, un-returnable bracelet sitting on my shelf.
My God Children and I are stuck with bonds that a.) Don't connect with more than one at a time and b.) Don't work without a phone or on older phones.
The product is nice...would have given it a 4 star but for its charging cord which is awkward to make full connection and the band which, while comfortable enough, is difficult to snap while holding tension.
Great idea, just missed the mark for us. We actually bought 3 sets because my first was stolen off my doorstep. Both my friends and I bought replacements without telling the other as it was my birthday gift of connectivity to my God children. We have six now. And someone else has 3.

My bond touch will not stayed charge. The battery is completely drained even after I charge it completely. It still just says it’s dead won’t send ouches anymore. This happened after I took a shower with it two times
It's great and it works, the only think I wish u can do for it is being able to download the app on the bond.
Honestly me and the woman love them especially when we made up what means what lol. I’ve recommended them to coworkers that asked about it an said it’s well worth the money if you like that slight moment of knowing your partner is thinking about you!
It’s definitely cute! A lil boring because all you can do is send each other buzzes!
The countdown for seeing the other person is cute. I love that feature! But not having an actual display screen on the watch so you can AT LEAST have a time check sucks????
